I, VERONICA C. MURPHY of 308 11�' Street, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, declare this to
e my Last Will and revoke any will or codicil previously made by me.
ITEM 1: Upon my demise, I direct that my body be buried in the Gate of Heaven

IT'EM 2: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as pracrical
fter my death.
IT'EM 3: I direct that all taxes and intetest and penal6es thereon that may be assessed in
onsequence of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from
y residuary estate as a part of the expense of the administration of my Estate.
I1'EM 4: I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature and wherescever
ituate, together with insurance thereon, to my beloved husband, PATRICK JOSEPH MLIRPHY,
roviding he survives me by thirty(30)days.
� ITEM 5: Should my husband, PATRICK JOSEPH MURPHY, predecease me or die on or

£ efore the thirty-first (31st) day following my death, I direct that any of my children shall have the right
' v o purchase my dwelling house with adjacrnt lot at fair market value. If none of my children are
v 'nterested, then I direct my Executor to proceed with a public sale of the said premises.

demise, I appoint the surviving parent of my deceased issue as Guardian of the estates of minors with
power to hold all property payable by law to a Guardian or appointed by my Will and to use the same for
the minor's health maintenance, support and education, either directly or by payment to any person taking
care of the minors. Should the surviving parent of my deceased issue predecease or die on or before the
' thirty-first (31st) day following my death, I appoint my daughter, PATRICIA WITTE of 103 Rosemont
