. IN RE: DISTRIBUTION OF SETTLEMENT FUNDS INTO ACCOUNTS
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 29th day of July 2013, upon telephone request to allow the
settlement funds to be placed into accounts in the name of Nicholas Lloyd Toyas at
institutions which are either FDIC insured OR NCUA insured, the request is GRANTED.
The settlement funds shall be placed into a financial institution that is either FDIC or
NCUA insured; further, the amount deposited into each account must be within the limit
of the insurance for that institution.
This order does not modify the requirement of providing proof of establishing
such accounts or any other provision of the prior Order of Court.
