FIRST: I direct that the e�enses of my last illness and
funeral be paid out of my estate as soon after my death as is
aanvenient and e�editious in the judgment of my Exeautar,
hereinafter named.
SECONII: T give, devise and beg+,zeath all �f �y �roperty
to my beloved husband, Jack H. Bowers, provided he survive me
by a period of thirty days.
TI�IIRD: Shauld my husband, 3aak H. Bawers, predecease me
or die on or before the thi,rtieth day following my death, then
and in that event, I give, devise and bequeath all my property
to my son, tiarold D. Bowers.
FOURTH: Al1 estate, inheritance and other death taxes,
together with any interest and penalties gayable a3th respect
to property or interests therain subjeat ta taxation by reason
of my death and whether passing under my wi11 or any codicil
thereto, ar otherwise, including jointly held and other non-
testamentazy praperty shall be paid cut af the princigal of my
residuary estate withaut apportionment.
FIFTH: I hereby nominate, aanstitute and appoint my
husband, Jack H. Bawers, Executar af this my Last Will.
Should my husband, Jaak H. Howers, be txnable to so serve for
any reason whatsoever, then and in that event, i naminate,
constitute and appoint my son, fiaro2d D. Bawers, Executor af
this my Last Will. I further direct that they shall not be
required to post any bond ta secure the faithPul performance
af tY.air duties in tne Coramonwealth of Pennsylvania ar in any
other jurisdiction.
