attached Motion for Clarification, this Court's order of May 30, 2013 is clarified as to the
Guadrian Ad Litem's role as follows:
To represent the best interests of the incapacitated person without incurring the
expense of additional expert testimony. The only evidence to this point which questions the
quality of care being provided is the lay testimony of petitioner. The burden is on petitioner to
present qualified medical testimony with regard to the alleged inadequate care of his son.
