AND NOW, this 1St day of August 2013, upon consideration of the Petitioner,
Kelly Petersheim's, Petition for Citation Sur Appeal from Register in Probating Will and
Request for Constructive Trust, Respondent, Steven Maben's, Response to Citation
and To Petition for Citation Sur Appeal from Register in Probating Will and Request for
Constructive Trust, and Petitioner's Reply to New Matter and Counterclaim of Steven
Maben, a PRE-HEARING CONFERENCE in the above-captioned case is scheduled for
4 September 2013, at 1:30 p.m., in the jury deliberation room of Courtroom No.6 of
the Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pa.
The conference is to be attended by the parties' attorneys only. The parties
should submit a short memorandum that identifies any witness to be called, disclose
any exhibits which may be introduced at the hearing, and indicate the body of law they
desire the Court to follow.
A HEARING on the Petition shall be held on 25 September 2013 at 1:30 p.m. in
Courtroom No. 6 of the Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
