FAMILY AGREEMENT AND
RECEIPT; AND RELEASE
THIS AGREEMENT by an'd between KAREN L BRET2, as
Executor of the Estate of CHARLOTTE R McCOY, deceased and KAREN L
BRETZ of York, Pennsylvania,
WHEREAS, Charlotte R McCoy, who resided at 1010 Allen
Street, New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvar.ia, died
August 28, 2011, having left her Last Will and Testament dated
November 23, 2010, which was duly admitted to probate by the
Register of Wills of Cumberland County at the above number and term
on September 14 , 2011; and
WHEREAS, Karen L Bretz has been duly appointed Executoz
of the Estate of Charleoote R McCoy; and
WHEREAS the parties in interest under the Last Will and
Testament of Charlotte R McCoy are:
(1) Karen L Bretz, daughter
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Last will and Testament, if

survives decedent, she is entitled to a

BRETZ of the residuary es`�te
hundred (100%) percent disiributive share of the estate ln
and the remaining heirs were to receive a portion
the event KAREN L BRETZ should predecease decedent ;
and
WHEREAS, KAREN L BRETZ has survived decedent and is

entitled to a 100% distributive share,
[aHEREAS, each of the above named has been furnished with
a complete listing of the estate assets, receipts and
disbursements; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties to this
Agreement that the final distribution of this estate be
accomplished without a formal accounting to the Orphans' Court
Division of the Court of Common Pleas Cumberland County, it being
the desire of the parties to avoid the expense, delay and publicity
of a formal accounting; and
WHEREAS, the parties acknowledge receipt of a Proposed
SchedL;le of Distribution.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises
and aqreements recited herein the parties agree as follows :
I, the undersiqned, do hereby acknowledqe that Kareri ?
Bretz is receiving the sum of 51�9, 127 . 80 and that no other person
or heir is receiving any sum as payment of any amount that they may
, ,

be entitled to receive for any and all entitlements, due from the
Estate of Charlotte R McCoy and acknowledge that this is full and
complete satisfaction of any and a11 devises, bequeaths, rights ,
entitlements or claims of any kind that I have against the above
referenced estate .
I further acknowledge that I accept this distributicn,
full disclosure of all administration of the estate, and
acknowledge that this does not include any funds in joint bank
accounts .
I further hereby release Karen L Bretz , Executor, from
any cl�ims and liabilities which may arise against her as a result
of the administration of the Estate of Charlotte R McCoy, and agree
to hoid her harmless and reimburse her my pro rata share of any
such expense incurred by her as a result of the administration of
the estate, should a charge be imposed.
S hereby expressly waive my right to have a formal
accounting prepared and presented to the Court, with the
understanding that such a waiver forever bars me from claiming that
Karen L Bretz Executor, has committed any mistake, error,
negligent act, or wrong in connection with the receipt , management
and/or disposition of the assets of the Estate of Charlotte R
McCoy.
INTENDING to be legally bound, I have signed this Eamily
