make,publish and declaz�e this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and
all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM I. I direct my hereinafter named Executor to pay ali my just debts, funerai
expenses, administration eacpenses and inheritance, estate, sucoession or excise taxes, which I awe
or may become due on account of my death, as saon as may be convenient after my decease.
ITEM II: All the rest, residue and rernainder of my estate, be it real, personal ar
nwced, ofwhatever nateue and wheresoever situaie which I may own or have the right to dispose af
at the time of my decease, I give, devise and bequeath ta my husband, Thornas J. Hartrnan, af 97

ITEM III: If my said husband should faii to survive me by siacty{60) days, then I
give, devise and bequeath a life estate in the property knawn as 97 Hiltside Circie, Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania, to my daughter, Maxine A. Hartman Botts, of 6 Biil Dugan T�rive, Etters, Yoric
County,Pennsylvania,provided she cominues to reside in#he premises, without liability for waste for
the reinaindet of her narivai lif`e or sc�long as she desires ta retain hec life estate in the same,wiYh my
said daughter to pay alt costs of maintenance, including ta�ces, assessrnents, ardinary repairs, and
insurance with the insuranoe to be in such reasonable smount insuring the interest of the
remaindermen.
A. The life tenant shall be excused fram fiIing any typo af band for the
protection of the remaindermen.

B. Should Maxine,my daughter, not choose life estate at the premises of 97 Hillside Circle, Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania;then,my complete estate shall be divided as follows: After all debts resulting from my
death are paid,I would like S I,000.00 to be given to the Evangelical Congregational Church, Center
Sveet, Wicoaisco,Pennsylvania. The remainder of my estate si�all be divided by one half of the
estate to be given to my dauQhter,Maxine. The remainder of the estate shall be divided equally to
