Petitioner is Edward Stoner, Executor of the Estate of Eugene Stoner, who presently resides at 692 Losh Road, Shermansdale, Perry County, Pennsylvania. 2. Decedent, Eugene Stoner obtained a 1975 Honda motorcycle with a VIN# of CT901603335, from Charles W. Travitz but failed to transfer the title of the motorcycle into the name of the decedent, Eugue Stoner, Sr. 3. Charles W. Travitz, formerly of 1347 Georgetown Circle, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, died on August 28, 2006. 4. Charles W. Travitz is survived by his spouse Isabelle L. Travitz, who acknowledged that her husband had given the 1975 Honda motorcycle to Eugene Stoner, Sr. 5. Eugene Stoner, died testate on April, 15, 2013; Letters Testamentary were issued to Edward Stoner by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania to Estate No. 21-13-0464. y ..__. 6. Upon reviewing the title to the 1975 Honda motorcycle, it was discovered that the motorcycle from the estate of Eugene Stoner, Sr., was still titled in the name of Charles W. Travitz. 8. The original Title does not list any lien holders on the 1975 Honda motorcycle and Petitioner is unaware of any lien holders. A copy of the Title number A28156587 is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as Exhibit"A". 9. The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has voided the original titled number A28156587,thus making it necessary for a court of competent jurisdiction to determine ownership of the motorcycle. WHEREFORE,upon consideration of the foregoing, it is respectfully requested that this Honorable Court issue an Order awarding ownership and issuing a title for the 1975 Honda motorcycle with VIN#CT901603335 to Eugene Stoner.
