Raab. Please note that there are two other Co- Executrices to this Estate, Mandy Raab Carson and Laurie Ann Kucher. The undersigned does not represent Mandy Raab Carson or Laurie Ann Kucher. Administration of this Estate is not yet complete. On July 23, 2013, Wendy Robbins filed a Petition for Appointment of Iva V, Otto as Limited Administrator Pro Tern of the Estate of Bernice J. Raab and Limited Trustee Pro Tern of the Walter F. Raab Living Trust and Bernice J. Raab Living Trust. The Court issued a Rule to Show Cause on July 31, 2013. Resolution of the pending Petition will impact when Estate administration is complete. Therefore, it is unknown at this time when administration will be complete.
