the attached Petition,it appears to the Court that Andrew Fogelsanger is over the age of 14 years
and that a guardian of the estate is necessary to be appointed concerning the anticipated
distribution from the Estate of A.Barbara Fogelsanger.
It is,therefore,ordered that notice in writing be given to the above-named minor,with
copy of said notice to be given to Crystal Fogelsanger,his mother to appear before this court on

make such nomination,or the court will appoint a guardian for him without reference to his
wishes.
