On or about October 17, 2011, Citibank South Dakota, N.A. sold the debt for good and valuable consideration to plaintiff, CACH, LLC <Exhibit B> 6. The Defendant, Kathryn R Fletcher, last tendered a payment on March 30, 2011. 7. A copy of the credit card agreement is attached hereto. <Exhibit C> 8. Plaintiff is entitled to charge -off account finance charges of $0.00. <Exhibit A> 9.
