� ; Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing
' Imind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this
(
� to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all Wills and
� Codicils heretotore made by me.
ITEM I . I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses,
� inc2uding costs and expenses relating ta my preference ta be
cremated and all expenses af my last illness, shall be paid from
my residuary estate as soan as practicable after my death as part
of the expense of the administration of my estate ,
ITEM ZS. Z cievise and bequeath alI of my estate of every
nature and wherever situate to my daughter, Jennifer Klinger, if
she survives me by thirty (30} days .
ITEM III. If my daughter, Jennifer K2inger, predeceases me or
�dies on or before the thirtieth day following my death, I devise
and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate
af every nature and wherever situate to IN Trust, to Pamela S.
Troutman. My Trustee shall divide the assets into a sufficient
number of equal shares so that there shall be set aside one such
share for each child of Jennifer Klinger who survives me, and one
such share for each child af Jennifer Klinger who predeceases me,
said share to be divided equally amang his or her issue per
stirpes, and said shares to be managed as follows:
� A. Sf any beneficiary shall have then reached the age of
thirty (3Q} years, the share set aside for such

� i beneficiary shall be transferred, conveyed and paid over �
to him or her and they will cease to be a beneficiary of
f the Trust.
� B. If any beneficiary is under thirt
y (30) years of age,
� i the share set aside for such beneficiary shall be held
� � in further Trust by the Trustee, in a federally insured
ifinancial institution. The Trustee sha11 not be
'i required to manage the funds for the beneficiaries but
shall hold the funds in an interest bearing account for
i
� the duration of the Trust and held until each
beneficiary attains thirty (30) years of age.
C. Upon any beneficiary reaching the age of thirty (30)
years, the Trustee shall transfer, convey and pay over
the principal of that beneficiary' s share of the Trust
� and accumulated interest to that beneficiary and they
will cease to be a beneficiary under the Trust . If such
beneficiary dies before reaching the age of thirty (30)
years, upon his or her death his or her interest in the
Trust sha11 be transferred, conveyed and paid over to
his or her then living issue, per stirpes, in equal
shares, or, if no such issue is then living, to the
remaining beneficiary, if any.
D. If the Trustee, in the exercise of its absolute
discretion, shall at any time determine not to continue
to hold any property in Trust, as hereinabove provided,
it shall have full power and authority to transfer and
pay over such property, without bond, directly to a
beneficiary who is over eighteen ( 18) years of age or,
where the beneficiary has not yet reached their
eighteenth birthday, to the parent of the beneficiary or

Ito the guardian of his or her person or property or to I
� the person with whom such beneficiary resides .

I1 E. The receipt of the parent or guardian or person to whom
any principal or income is transferred and paid over
pursuant to any of the above provisions shall be a full
i acquittance and discharge to the Trustee from liability
with respect to such transfer or payment and from
further accountability therefor.
ITEM IV. I direct that any and all Inheritance, Estate and
Transfer taxes imposed upon my estate passing under my Will or
otherwise, shall be paid out of the principal of my residual
estate.
ITEM V. I appoint my sister, Pamela S . Troutman, Executrix
of this my Last Will and Testament . In the event of her
renunciation, death, resignation or inability to act for any
reason whatsoever, I appoint Jennifer Klinger, Executrix of this
my Last Will and Testament . I relieve my Executrix from the
necessity of posting security in connection with her duties as
such in any jurisdiction in which she may be called upon to act.
