I, NELLIE M. BRICKNER, an unremarried widow, currently of 21 Hickorytown Road,
Carlisle, Middlesex Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind,
memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking and making void any and all prior Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.

I give, devise and bequeath my lot of ground and the cabin thereon, as v�l��s the cp4�ten��; c,

thereof situate in Brown Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, to my son, BARRY R.
BRICKNER, and my daughter, BARBARA B. TROSTLE, in equal shares, as tenants in common
and not as joint tenants with rights of survivorship.
In the event my said son predeceases me, then his share herein shall go to his issue, per stirpes.
In the event my said daughter predeceases me, then her share herein shall likewise go to her issue, per
stirpes.

I give, devise and bequeath my lot of ground and the cabin thereon, as well as the contents
thereof situate in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to my son, BARRY
R. BRICKNER, and my daughter, BARBARA B. TROSTLE, in equal shares, as tenants in common
and not as joint tenants with rights of survivorship.
In the event my said son predeceases me, then his share herein shall go to his issue, per stirpes.
In the event my said daughter predeceases me, then her share herein shall likewise go to her issue, per
stirpes.

I give and devise my lot of ground upon which is erected a brick and aluminum siding ranch
home and a two (2) car brick garage, which currently are used for rental purposes and currently has an
address of 27 Hickorytown Road, Carlisle, Middlesex Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
to my daughter SHARON K. GOUFFER, outright and absolutely in her own right. In the event she
predeceases me, then this gift shall lapse and shall become part of the residue of my Estate.
FOR PURPOSES OF CLARIFICATION: I am aware that it is usual and customary that
specific devises and bequests be given priority status in estate distributions and that death taxes,

commissions, fees and expenses associated with the value thereof be paid from the residue of my
Estate and not be assessed against the individual recipients: This is in accord with my wishes.

All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and
wheresoever situate, I give, devise, and bequeath to be divided and distributed to my three (3)
children, BA1tBARA B. TROSTLE, BARRY R. BRICKNER and SHARON K. GOUFFER, in
equal shares. In the event any of them predeceases me, then his or her share shall go to his or her
issue, per stirpes. In the event any of them predeceases me and is not survived by issue, then to my
issue who do survive me, per stirpes.

It is my intention that beneficiaries named before or after the date of this Will on my life
insurance, annuities, individual retirement accounts (IRAs), in Trust for or joint bank accounts and
any other assets for which I may designate beneficiaries will receive such investments and that my
Will provisions shall not control such investments.
7.
I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, BARBARA B. TROSTLE, to be the
Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. In the event that she is unable or unwilling to act as
Executrix, I appoint my son, BARRY R. BRICKNER, to be Executor in her place and stead. In
the event that he is unable or unwilling to act as Executor, I appoint my daughter, SHARON K.
GOUFFER,to be Executrix in his place and stead. I further direct that they shall not be required to
file bond or other security in the Office of the Register of Wills for the purpose of administering my
Estate.
