Three Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that Dwayne Fiteerald Davis Jr and
Cecilia Machelle Hinton will apply on August 9, 2013 for a marriage license and the Court being
satisfied that extraordinary circumstance demand it, the Clerk of Orphans' Co urt is hereby authorized to
issue said license immediately upon proper application thereof provided all provisions concerning
marriages under Pa C. S. Title 23 are met.
