this to be my last wiii and revoke any wili previousiy made by me.
iTEM i. i direct tha#any inheritance,estate,or other taxes imposed on any property i own at the
time of my death or otherwise imposed or paid as a result of my death, be paid from the proceeds of
the policy af insurance an my Iife issued by the Prudential Life insurance Campany,of which my
� daughter, TAMMY A. POWERS, is named as the primary beneficiary,and from the joint account I hoEd
with my said daughter at Sovereign Bank. In the even#that thase funds are not sufficien#to pay such
expenses, I direct that eII my just debts and funeral expenses, including my graver»arker and aH
expenses of my last illness, and any and all taxes and assessments imppsed by any governmental body
as a result of my death, whether on property passing under this will or otherwise, shail be paid from my
residuary estate as soan es practicable after my decease as a part of the expense of tkre administration
of my estate.
ITEM Ii. f give and bequeath the guitars, organs,guns, end mantle ciock that i own at the time
of my death to my daughte�,TAMMY A. POWERS,and her husband,GREGORY POWERS,ar to the
survivor of them if one of them does not survive my death.
ITEM 111. i give and bequeath alI the rest of my household furnishings, appiiances, matar
vehicles,and other tangible personai property that i own at the time of my death to my wife,

� f dispasition of any joint assets I own with any other person which have a right of survivorship and the
designation of beneficiaries af any palicies of life insurante,certificates of depasit, accaunts 3n financial
institutions, ar other assets, so that the disposition of those assets will be controlled by the joint
ow�ership or bene�ciery designation far such assets.
ITEM V1. 1 appoint my wife, CHRISTABE�IE M. CAMPBEII, and rny daughter,TAMMY A.
O POWERS, ca-executrixes of this my last will. In the event that either of them fail#o qualify or cease to

serve as co-executrix, i appoint the survivor to serve as executrix af this my Iast will. i request that my
daughter use the death benefi#s paid to her from the insurance an my life to pay al!the expenses
incurred in the administratian of my estate, includi�g any inheritance or estate taxes or any debt I owe
at the time af my death. Further, i direct my personal representatives to advance,fram my assets,the
sum af Ten Thousand ($1Q000) Dollars, if my assets are su�cient, to my wife, CHRISTABELLE M.
CAMPBELL,to fund her move from the residence at 13 Randi Roed as promptly after my death.
iTEM VII. in the event that my wife,CHRISTABELLE M. CAMPBELL,and i die as a result of a
common disaster,such that it is not medically possible to determine which of us survive, I direct that,
for purposes af my wiil and the passage of other assets es a resuit of my wife, my wife be presumed to
have survived my death.
ITEM VIII. All of the interests of the beneficiaries hereunder shall not be subjec#to anticipation
or to voiuntary or invaluntary alie�ation nor shal!they be subject to any executipn or attathment.
ITEM IX. tn addition Yo the ather powers and euthorities granted to my personal representative
by Pennsylvania Law and by the other terms and provisions of this will, I hereby give to my personal
