AND NOW, this �day of August, 2013, upon consideration of the Petition
to Appoint Limited Guardian of the Estate of N. Carl Vandling, pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S.
Section 5511 a hearing is set for the 6th day of September, 2013 at 1:30 p.m., in
Courtroom Number 1. Notice of this hearing shall be provided to the alleged
incapacitated person in accordance with 20 Pa.C.S. Section 5511(a). Petitioner shall
also provide notice to Charlotte Vandling, the wife of the alleged incapacitated person,
his daughters Carol Vandling and Diane Brubaker and his granddaughter, Brandi Neff.
Pending the aforesaid hearing or further order of court, Michael N. Vandling shall
continue to serve as the limited emergency guardian for the estate of N. Carl Vandling.
