I, JOHN T. DEVORICK, of Camp Hill ,Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, do
make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking al] Wills and
Codicils by me at any time made.
ITEM I; I direct that a11 inheritance and estate ta�ces becoming due by reason of my
death, whether such taxes may be payable by my estate or by any recipient of any property, sha71
be paid by the Executor out of the property passing under ITEM III of this Will, as an expense
and cost of administration of my estate. The Executor shall have no duty or obligation to obtain
reimbursement for any such taac so paid, even though on proceeds of insurance or other property
not passing under this Will.
ITEM Tf• I direct the Executor to pay my just debts and the expenses of my last
illness and funeral expenses from the property passing under this Will as an expense and cost of
administration of my estate.
IT'EM III• I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate as
follows:

predeceases me, his share shall be paid to his issue, per stirpes; and
B. Qne-half{1J2)ta my san, WII.LIAM D. DEVORICK or, in the event he
predeceases me, his share shall be paid to his issue, per stirpes.
Tn the event one of the above beneficiaries do not survive me and leave na issue, his share
shat!be paid ta the surviving bene8ciary referenced above.
ITEM IV: In the settlement of my estate, my Executor shall possess, among others,
the following powers:
(a) To retain any investmezits I may have at my death, as long as the Executor may
deem it advisable to my estate to do so;
(b} To sell either at private or public sale and upon such terrns and conditions as tha
Executar may deem advantageous to the estate, any or a11 real or personai property ar interest
therein owned by the estate;
(c} Ta pay all costs, ta}ces, expenses and charges in connection with the admirustration
of my estate;
(d) To compromise controversies; and

(e) To do all other aots in the Executor's judgment deemed necessary or desirable far
the praper and advantageous mas�agement, investment and distribution ofthe estate.
�'EM V: Any person who sha1I have died at the same time as I shall hava, or in a
eommon disaster with me, or under circumstance that the order of deaths cannot be established by
proof, ar within thirty{3Q)days of my death, shall be deerned ta have predeceased me.
�I'EM VI: I appoint my son, JOHN T.DEVORICK,JI2., to be Executar of my
Estate. In the event my son, JOHN T. DEVQRIG'K, JR., cannot act or re£uses to act as
Executor for any reason, I nominate, constitute and appaim my son, WII.LIAM D.
DEVORICK, as alternate Executor. Any Executar is specificatiy retieved from the duty or
obiigation of filing any bond or other security.
