AND NOW, this day of August, 2013, upon consideration of the Petition to
Strike Claim filed by Penny E. Zimmerman and the answer thereto filed by Respondent
Edythe M. McClain, a hearing is set for the 6th day of September 2013, at 1:30 p.m. in
Courtroom No. 1, at which time the court will hear testimony and argument regarding
Respondent's claim. Each party shall submit a pre-hearing memorandum to the court
no later than August 30, 2013, which shall set forth the following:
1) A statement of the basic facts at issue.
2) A statement as to the principal legal issues presented by Respondent's
claim.
3) A summary of legal issues regarding admissibility of testimony, exhibits
or any other matter and legal authorities relied on.
4) The identity of witnesses to be called.
5)A list of exhibits with brief identification of each.
