AND NOW, this 14th day of August, 2013, upon consideration of the Petition by
Robert M. Mumma, II, Barbara Mann Mumma and Linda Mann Roth for Order Enjoining
Lisa M. Morgan, Trustee, From Certain Actions as Shareholder of High Spec., Inc., and
following an argument on this date at which the remaining petitioner, Linda Mann
Mumma [also known as Linda Mann Roth'] declined to advance an argument either for
or against the petition or to indicate whether she wished to pursue the petition, the
petition is denied.

' It is noted that at argument, Ms. Mumma advised the Court that she no longer used the name Roth.
She also advised the Court that she did not feel capable of complying with the CourYs Order dated July
25, 2013, that counsel and pro se parties enter their appearances and addresses anew in order to clarify
the record in this regard. Accordingly, a copy of this order will be sent to her at the best address of which
the Court is aware.
