N.A., Successor to Dauphin Deposit Bank and T ust Company, Richard E. Dixon and
George F. Dixon, III, Co-Trustees, for the Trust nder Agreement (QTIP) dated May 16,
1985 and amended August 19, 1985 with Georg F. Dixon, Jr., the account is confirmed
and distribution shall proceed in accordance wit the proposed schedule of distribution
filed contemporaneously with the Account.
