Zerbe far a purchase price of Eighty-Seven Thousand Dollars ($87,D04.QQ}. The Executrix, Susan J.Zerbe,is my aunt, as she is my late father's sister. I am aware that the assessed value of the aforesaid real estate,according to the Cumberland County Tax Assessment fJffice, is$137,b(��.00. A recent appraisal of the property,which will be provided to the Court, indicates a fair-market value of$110,000.00, However,the propeny is in need of substantial upgrades,and is subject to a mortgage,which will be paid offfrom the proceeds of the proposed sale. I reside in Florida and the Executrix,Susan J.Zerbe,in Pennsylvania.
