AND NOW, this 20th day of August, 2013, after heazing testimony on the
Petition to Admit to Probate a Photocopy of Will, filed by Ruth M. Wertz, through
her attorney Aaron C. Jackson, Esquire, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the
photocopy of the document, dated June 1, 2001, is admitted to probate as the Last
Will and Testament of Eugene T. Wertz. Letters Testamentary shall be granted to
Ruth M. Wertz upon proper filing of a Petition for Grant of Letters.
Ruth M. Wertz shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the
laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate
according to law.
