I have enc2osed an Inheritance Taz Return—Resident Decedent.
' You wi11 note on Schedule F Yhat at the time of her death, the decedent owned a one-third
(113} interest in real estate situate in Upper Frankford Township, Cumberland Caunty,
Pennsylvania. As of her death, the real estate was enrolled under the Pennsylvania
Parmland and Forest Land Assessment Act of 1974, 72 P.S. 549Q.1 and was subject to
preferential assessment. The real estate continues to be sa enrolled. The Executor has
elected to use that assessmant, pursuant to Section 1422 of tha Inheritance and Estate Tax
Act of 1991.
We understand that a fair market analysis must be submitted as well, in case the special use
is discontinued. 1'he property is subject Lo an Option Agreetnent dated Februaty �4; 2Q12�
Tha option price is $330,400.00. Ren#ai payments made from Februt�� 1 2Q46�italii�fR,
$108,000.00 have been paid as of Ms. WrighYs date of death. As per c3 ph 1�P'of the %'
