DECREED that upan proper filing of a Petition for Probate, Letters of Administration
shall be granted to Donna J. Fox as an "[o]ther fit person".
Donna J. Fax shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
