STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS

WHEREAS, Todd R. Hosterman, an adult individual and Jennifer E. Franceschelli,
an adult individual of Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract
with Classic Communities Corporation, a Pennsylvania Corporation of Dauphin County,
Pennsylvania, =ERTAIN of a dwelling upon a lot of land situate as follows:
piece or parcel of land situate in the Township of Hampden,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at! a point on the northern right -of- way line of Stable Lane at the common front
property corner of Lot No. 14 and Lot No. 15 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots;
thence along said right -of -way line of Appaloosa Drive by a curve to the left having a radius of
175.00 feet and an arc length of 87.50 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lot No. 15 and Lot
No. 16; thence along said dividing line North 44 degrees, 02 minutes, 53 seconds West, a distance
of 145.49 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lot No. 15 and lands now or formerly of
Emmitt R. and Doris R. Gross; thence along said dividing line South 71 degrees 21 minutes 26
seconds East, a distance of 153.90 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lot No.15 and Lot No.
14; thence along said dividing line South 15 degrees 24 minutes 01 second East, a distance of 114.96
feet to a point, said point being the Place of BEGINNING.

BEING Lot No. 15 on Final Subdivision Plan of Hunter's Gate, said Plan recorded
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book
92, Page 146.

UNDER AND SUBJECT to all restrictions, easements, covenants, conditions and
agreements of record.
NOW the 26� day f August, 2013 at the time of and immediate) before the

execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Todd R.
Hosterman, an adult individual and Jennifer E. Franceschelli, an adult individual to the said Classic
Communities Corporation, a Pennsylvania Corporation to commence work on the said building, or
purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Classic.
Communities Corporation, a Pennsylvania Corporation and the further . consideration of One Dollar,
to Classic Communities Corporation, a Pennsylvania Corporation paid by Todd R. Hosterman, an
adult individual and Jennifer E. Franceschelli, an adult individual it is agreed that no lien shall be
filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub - contractor, nor by any of the material men or
workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
