Franceschelli, an adult individual of Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Classic Communities Corporation, a Pennsylvania Corporation of Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, =ERTAIN of a dwelling upon a lot of land situate as follows: piece or parcel of land situate in the Township of Hampden, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at! a point on the northern right -of- way line of Stable Lane at the common front property corner of Lot No. 14 and Lot No. 15 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along said right -of -way line of Appaloosa Drive by a curve to the left having a radius of 175.00 feet and an arc length of 87.50 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lot No. 15 and Lot No. 16; thence along said dividing line North 44 degrees, 02 minutes, 53 seconds West, a distance of 145.49 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lot No. 15 and lands now or formerly of Emmitt R. and Doris R. Franceschelli, an adult individual it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub - contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
