Plaintiff settled with the Sheriff and the Deed in favor of Plaintiff was duly recorded on July 17, 2013 at Instrument Number 201323550. A true and correct copy of the recorded deed is attached as Exhibit "A ". 6. By virtue of Sheriffs Sale, Plaintiff is the rightful owner of the Property and is entitled to possession of the same. 7. Defendants are presently in possession of the Property.
