MOTION TO SEAL THE RECORD
NOW COMES, Daniel K. Sunderland and Jack F. Hurley, Jr., Co-Executors of the Estate
of Klare S. Sunderland, by and through their attorneys, Rhoads & Sinon LLP and move this
Honorable Court for an Order sealing the records associated with the Petition Pursuant to Section
3356 of Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code for Order of Court Approving Purchase of Estate
Assets by Co-Executor(the "Petition"), and in support thereof, aver the following:
1. Petitioners, Daniel K. Sunderland and Jack F. Hurley, Jr. ("Petitioners"), are the
Co-Executors of the estate of Klare S. Sunderland ("Mr. Sunderland") and the Trustees of the
Klare S. Sunderland Revocable Trust.
2. Petitioners filed with this Court a Petition Pursuant to Section 3356 of Probate,
Estates and Fiduciaries Code for Order of Court Approving Purchase of Estate Assets.
3. By Order dated August 27, 2013, this Court granted the prayer of the Petition.
4. The Petition contained confidential information and had attached to it confidential
and sensitive data, appraisals, valuations and similar information which, while necessary for the

Court's consideration of the Petition, should not otherwise be available to the general public due
to the sensitive financial information contained therein.
5. Petitioners believe that it is in the best interest of the Estate of Klare S.
Sunderland for such information to be placed under seal by order of this Court.
6. This Motion to Seal the Record is the subject matter being presided over by The
Honorable Thomas A. Placey.
WHEREFORE, Daniel K. Sunderland and Jack F. Hurley, Jr., Co-Executors of the Estate
of Klare S. Sunderland, by and through their attorneys, Rhoads & Sinon LLP respectfully request
that this Court enter an Order sealing the record related to the said Petition.
