STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, YASMIN DAWOOD of 2020 Good Hope Road, Enola,
Pennsylvania 17025 (the "Owner") the Owner of the hereinafter
described tract of land, has executed or is about to execute
contemporaneously herewith a contract with A. P. WILLIAMS, INC.,
of 3035 North Progress Avenue, Harrisburg, ?ennsylvania 17110
(the "Contractor") for improvements to the premises located at
2020 and 2040 Good Hope Road, Enola, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, more particularly described on "Exhibit A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof (the "Premises").
NOW, November // , 2004, before any authority has been
given by said Owner to the said Contractor 'to commence work on
said Premises or to otherwise construct any improvements thereto,
or to purchase materials for the same, or to enter into any
contracts with any subcontractors, or materialmen, or to
authorize any purchases by or through any subcontractors or
materialmen, in consideration of the making of said contract with
the Owner and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to
Contractor paid by said Owner, and with the intent of all parties
to be legally bound hereby, it is agreed that no lien shall be
filed against the building or Premises or amy part thereof, by
the Contractor or any subcontractor, or by any of the materialmen
or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased, for the
building and improvements to the Premises (including hereafter
changes made thereto), the right to file liens being expressly
waived.
It is the full intent of the Contractor, for itself and for
any subcontractors or materialmen claiming for themselves, or by,
through or under the contract or the Contractor, that the right
to file a mechanic's lien, under the provisions of law and/or of
Acts of Assembly in such cases made and provided, for work done
or materials furnished in and about the building and improvements
to the Premises above described is hereby waived.

2020 Good Hope Road
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the center of Good Hope ]Kill Road 611.2 feet south
of the center of the intersection with the Old Wertzville Road; thence along
land now or formerly of Dorothea W. Marquart due east two hundred fourteen
(214) feet to a stake; thence along land now or formerly of Max Cobb Estate
south 5 degrees east two hundred five (205) feet to a point; thence along
land now or formerly of Clarence G. Walters, Jr., north 85 degrees 55
minutes west two hundred thirty-five (235) feet, more or less, to a point in
the center of Good Hope Mill Road; thence due north along the center of Good
Hope Mill Road one hundred eighty seven (187) feet to a point, the place of
BEGINNING.
CONTAINING one (1) acre according to the survey imade by W. E. Rechel on
October 12, 1981.
BEING the same premises which Tina M. Bowers, by deed dated October 17,
2002, and recorded October 21, 2002, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds
in and for Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book 254, Page 688, granted
and conveyed unto Yasmin Dawood.
2040 Good Hope Road
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece, parcel and lot of land situate in Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania; being shown as Lot 2 on the Final
Subdivision Plan for Dawood Engineering, Inc. and being more fully bounded
and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at point on the south line of Woodland Avenue at the intersection
of the east line of Good Hope Road, S.R. 1013, thence along the south line
of Woodland Avenue North 85 degrees, 24 minutes, 15 seconds East a distance
of 166.51 feet to a point the northwest corner of lands of now or formerly
Fallow Field General Partnership, thence along the west line of now or
formerly Fallow Field General Partnership South 10 degrees, 27 minutes, 21
seconds East a distance of 329.52 feet to a point the northeast corner of
lands now or formerly William D. and Joyce E. Miller; thence along the north
line of lands now or formerly of William D. and Joyce E. Miller South 84
degrees, 36 minutes, 54 seconds West a distance of 196.80 feet to a point on
the east line of Good Hope Road, S.R. 1013; tkence along the east line of
Good Hope Road North 05 degrees, 10 minutes, 48 seconds West a distance of
330.52 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 1.37 Acres of land.
SAID lot being subject to a 13.50 foot wide strip of land parallel to Good
Hope Road reserved for dedication for road widening as being shown in more
detail on Preliminary/Final subdivision Plan for Dawood Engineering, Inc.
BEING THE same premises which Terrence H. Marquart, Executor of the Estate
of Dorothea W. Marquart, by deed dated December 11, 1997, and recorded
December 17, 1997, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book 169, Page 540, granted and
conveyed unto Yasmin Dawood.
