I, JOSEPH J. WIDRA a.k.a. JOSEPH JAMES WIDRA,JR., married man, currently of
PO Box 155, Walnut Bottom, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing
mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and making void any and a11 prior Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore
made.
1.
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as
the same can conveniently be done.
2.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever
and wheresoever situate, I give, devise, and bequeath to my three (3) following named;

FOR PURPOSES OF CLARIFICATION: My stepdaughter, Vf�HIE LY�I "' -°*r
WALLICK, has been left out of this, my Last Will and Testament, by design and not by
accident. She is not to inherit from my Estate d'uectly nor indirectly,ner stirpitally, by
representation, or by ascent, or by descent through her relationship to any other beneficiary in my
Will or through my Will or by means of intestacy, in any other mode or manner whatsoever.
Additionally, she is not to have any rights to serve as an Executor or Administrator of my Estate.

It is my intention that beneficiazies named before or after the date of this Will on my life
insurance, annuities, individual retirement accounts (IRAs), in Trust for or joint bank accounts
and any other assets for which I may designate beneficiaries will receive such investments and
as I am legally authorized to do so, my said Executors and their counsel are to seek the payment of
any attorney's fees and court costs incurred in a defense of this, my Last Will and Testament, from
such contest or similaz proceeding.
6.
I nominate, constitute and appoint my stepdaughter, KATHY LEE
FEUCHI'ENBERGER, to be the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. In the event
that she is unable or unwilling to act as Executrix,I appoint my stepson, EDWIN J.
FEUCHTENBERGER, to be Executor in her place and stead. In the event that he is unable or
unwilling to act as Executor, I appoint my stepson, WILLIAM LEE FEUCHI'ENBERGER, to
be Executor in his place and stead. I further direct that they shall not be required to file bond or
other security in the Office of the Register of Wills for the purpose of administering my Estate.
