Plaintiff is Urban Financial Group, Inc.. 2. The Defendant is Dawn M. Zervanos, Co- Executrix of the Estate of Patricia Gleiser, Deceased Mortgagor and Real Owner, and his/her last -known address is 7755 Graybill Drive, Harrisburg, PA 17112. 3. The Defendant is Beth Ann Gleiser, Co- Executrix of the Estate of Patricia Gleiser, Deceased Mortgagor and Real Owner, and his/her last -known address is 469 Woodcrest Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. 4. On August 4, 2011, Patricia Gleiser, mortgagor, made, executed and delivered a mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to One Reverse Mortgage, LLC which mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Cumberland County as Instrument Number 201122834 (the "Mortgage "), such Mortgage being incorporated herein by reference pursuant to Rule 1019(g) Pa. R. C. P. 5. On August 4, 2011, the Mortgage was assigned by One Reverse Mortgage, LLC to Urban Financial Group, Inc., by Assignment of Mortgage, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Cumberland County as Instrument Number 201128901, such Assignment of Mortgage being incorporated herein by reference pursuant to Rule 1019(g) Pa. R. C. P.. 6. On March 6, 2013, Patricia Gleiser departed this life. Letters of Administration were granted unto Beth Ann Gleiser and Dawn M.
