FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned Roy Coale, III of 406 Bobcat Road,
Newville, PA (hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ") promises to pay North Glade Feed and
Supply, Inc. of Keymar, MD (hereinafter referred to as "Noteholder "), the principal sum of
$18,000.00 at an interest of 7.0% A.P.R. payable in monthly installments of $500.00 per month
until paid in full. The first installment shall be due October 20, 2013, and each installment
thereafter shall be due on the 20`' day of each month thereafter until all sums due are paid in full.
Borrower hereby authorizes and empowers the Prothonotary, Clerk of Court or any
attorney of any court of record to appear for Borrower and confess judgment as often as may be
necessary in favor of the Noteholder, as of any term, with or without declaration filed, for the
debt evidenced by this Note, with costs of suit.
Any notice to Borrower shall be given by mailing such notice to Borrower at Borrower's
mailing address stated below, or to such other address as Borrower may designate by notice to
the Noteholder. Any notice to the Noteholder shall be given by mailing such notice to the
Noteholder at the address stated below or at such other address as may have been designated by
notice to the Borrower.
Upon default of Borrower, Borrower waives the right of inquisition on any real estate
levied upon, voluntarily condemns the same, authorizes the Prothonotary or Clerk of Court to
enter upon the Writ of Execution such voluntary condemnation, releases all procedural errors
and, to the extent permitted by law, waives all rights of appeal, appraisement, stay of execution,
inquisition and exemption under any law now or hereafter in force. Additionally, the Noteholder
shall be entitled to collect all reasonable costs and expenses of execution, including, but not
limited to, reasonable attorney's fees if an attorney is employed to effect execution. Reasonable
attorney's fees as set forth herein shall be deemed to mean 10% of the principal debt due or
$500.00, whichever is greater.
Each and every parry to this instrument, hereby waives demand, presentment, notice of
dishonor, and protest, and assents to any extension or postponement of the time of payment or
other indulgence and to any substitution, exchange, or release of collateral granted or permitted
by the Noteholder. This Note shall be binding upon Borrower's heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns.
Borrower acknowledges that the funds /amounts borrowed were not utilized by a natural
person in connection with a consumer credit transaction and were used in connection with a or
for business purposes only. A consumer credit transaction is defined as a credit transaction in
which the party to whom credit is offered or extended is a natural person and the money, property
or services which are the subject of the transaction are primarily for personal, family or
household purposes.

The principal sum evidenced by this Note may be paid in full, or in part, at any time,
without penalty.
