the Petition to Enjoin Distributions of Estate Assets, iled by Metro Bank, f/k/a Commerce
: Bank/Harrisburg,N.A.,and any response thereto, it.is hereby ORDERED that except for those
payments which are reasonably deemed to be due and absolutely necessary to preserve estate
assets, Co-executors, Constantinos J. Mallios and Nickolas J. Mallios are hereby enjoined from
making any payments and/or distributions of property from the Estate of Vasiliki Mallios,
deceased,without prior authorization of this Court. This Order shall continue in full force and
effect until such time as it is expressly revoked. Any violation of this Order shall be punishable
as contempt of Court.
