AND NOW carnes Petitioner, Karen Greguras,Executrix of the estate of Nancy M.
Barry,by and thraugh her caunsel, Mateya Law Firm and Mark A. Mateya, Esquire, and requests
the withdrawal af the Petitian For Special Relief filed with this Court on August 26, 2013,
averring the following:
1. Petitianer,by and thraugh her Attarney Mateya Law Firrn, P.C., Marrk A. Mateya and
Respondent Roger Irwin have negatiated a settlement of the matter at hand.
2. Respondent concurs with the filing of this praecipe.
3. Judge Thomas Placey has previously ruled in this case.
WHEREFORE,Petitioner respectfully requests the withdraw of the Petition far Special
Relief.
