KNOWN ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that Cumberland County ;r iul
Probation, Plaintiff named in the above entitled judgment, does hereby forever acquit,
exonerate, discharge and release from the lien of the above entitled judgment, the
following described property, to wit:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
AND IT IS FURTHER AGREED that the Plaintiff above named will not look to said
above mentioned and described premises or any part thereof, for payment of any part of
the principal and interest of said above entitled judgment, now or hereinafter to become
due, or in any way disturb, molest, put to charge or damage, the present or any further
owner or owners, occupier or occupiers of the said above mentioned and described
premises, or any part of portion thereof, for or by reason of the said judgment or its legal
validity, so far as respects to other lands and tenements of said Defendant, which are
not herein expressly exonerated therefrom.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in South Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and more particularly identified as
follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin in the northern right-of-way line of Hope Drive at
the southeast corner of Lot No. 18 on the within mentioned Final Subdivision
Plan; thence by said Lot No. 18, North 06° 03' 36" East 162.59 feet to an iron
pin in line of land now or formerly of Richard L. Myers; thence by said Myers
land, South 86° 55' 45" East 148.46 feet to an iron pin at the northwest corner
of Lot No. 16 on the within mentioned Final Subdivision Plan; thence by said
Lot No. 16, South 20° 53' 52" West 200.88 feet to an iron pin in the northern
right-of-way line of said Hope Drive; thence by the northern right-of-way line
of said Hope Drive and by a curve to the left having a radius of 577.65 feet,
an arc length of 99.84 feet to an iron pin, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING LOT NO. 17 on the Final Subdivision Plan of INDIAN HILLS -
SECTION I, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 67, Page 36.
