I, SUSAN WINFIELD HARTMAN, of the Borough of Carliale, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, do hereby make thia my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking any and all previous Wills and Codicils made by me. I am
married to FRANK RITTENHODSE HARTMAN, and all referencea to my huaband are
to him. He is ihe father of my children, SUSAN TRYON HARTMAN, CHRISTINA
LEETE HARTMAN, FRANK WINFIELD HARTMAN, and JEAN STEWART HARTMAN.
FIRST
I direct that all my jus[ debta; expenses of my illnesa and funeral
� expenses be paid as soon as may be convenient after my death.
� SECOND

I direct my peraonal representative to purchase a grave marker and
cemetary lot if neceaeary. I authorize my peraonal repreaen[ative to cause
title to or ownerahip of any cemetary lot to be ve�[ed in euch person as my
personal representative shall designate.
THIRD
A. I give, deviae, and bequeath all the balance of my Eatate of
whatsoever nature, real or peraonal, and wheresoever situate, to vhich I may
be legally or equitably entitled, to my husband, FRANK RITTENHOUSE AARTMAN,
should he survive me by [hirty �30) days. �
B. In the event he predeceasea me, I give, devise, and bequeath all
the balance of my Eatate of whataoever nature, and wheresoever situate, to

shares: SUSAN TRYON HARTMAN, CHRISTINA LEETE HARTMAN, FRANK WINFIELD
HARTMAN, and JEAN STEWART HARTMAN. In the event any of my children
predecease me, then the share of my deceaed child shall go to the isswi per,
stirpes of my deceased child.
FOURTH
I hereby nominate, conatitute, and appoint my huaband, FRANK
RITTENHOUSE HARTMAN, Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. In the
event of the renunciation, dea[h, resignation, or inabili[y to act for any
reason wha[soever of the aforemen[ioned, I nominate, constitute and appoin[
my daughter, SUSAN TRYON HARTMAN, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, as Execu[rix
of this my Last Will and Teatament. I h�reby relieve my Executor from the
� neceasity of poating security in connec[ion vith such duties in any
� jurisdiction in which he may be called upon to act insofar as I am able by
law to do so.
FIFTH
I authorize my Executor to aell, with or without notice, at either
public or priva[e sale, and to lease any property belonging to my Eatate,
subject only to such confirmation of Court aa may be required by lav, and
to compromise claims.
SIXTH
I authorize and empower my Executor to sell, convey, pledge, or
mortgage by proper instrument [herefore, for such pricea and on such terms
and conditiona as said Executor may deem best, any and all real and
