Execution and Claim for Exemption Form to a person representing themselves to be Brenda Moore, ex
wife, who accepted as"Adult Person in Charge"for the within named Defendant,to wit: Harold E Moore
at 1716 Orrs Bridge Road, Hampden Township, Enola, PA 17025, informed person of contents of same
and levied upon personal property as directed. Copy of levy mailed to attorney and writ of execution
notice mailed to defendant on October 24, 2013.
