I give and bequeath a11 of the items of my household fumishings and tangible personal property idenrified in the most recently dated separate writing in existence at my death, which is signed by me and describes the items given with reasonable certainty,to the persons specified in that writing. It is to be conclusively presumed that I have left no sepazate writing if one has not been found by or delivered to my Executors within thirry(30) days after my death. B. I direct that a11 of my housahold fiunishings and tangible personal property not effectively disposed of by any separate writing referred to above nor elsewhere in this Will (whether by omission or because I have left no valid separate writing)be sold. I give and bequeath the proceeds from the sale of my household fumishings and tangible personal property to the CHRIST LUTHERAN CHURCH, located at 1214 Crosby Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to be used at the discretion of Pastor Srickley. 2 ARTICLE III AUTOMOBILE I direct that any and all automobiles that I own at the time of my death be sold. I direct that the proceeds from the sale of my automobile be added to the residue of my estate. ARTICLE IV RESIDUE I give, devise and bequeath the rest,residue and remainder of my estate, whether real, personal or mixed, of any nature whatsoever and wherever situated, including any lapsed or void legacy, in equal shazes,to my gandsons, DONALD P. ULMER and JAMES B. ULMER, provided they survive me by thirty(30) days. Should either of my grandsons predecease me, that grandson's shaze of my estate shall pass to the survivor of the two. ARTICLE V CO-EXECUTOR A. I appoint my niece and nephew, ESTHER CRAWFORD and GENE CRAWFORD, as the Co-Executors of this Will. In the event of the death, resignation, 3 renunciation ar inability of either to act in that capacity,then I appoint tl�e other to serve as Execixtor as if he or she had been appoiated sole Executor.
