AND NOW,this to z Day o , 2013,upon consideration of ttte Petition f4 CA&I"6°p
filed with the Register of Wills for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on behalf of Wells Fargo Bank,
N.A.,as Trustee,on behalf of the certificate holders of Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC Trust
2004-D61,Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-DO I; and it appearing that said Sonya H.
Oliveri died on April 25,2012,and that no estate has been raised on her behalf by any family member or
heir-at-law;and given the length of time since her demise,the inference can be drawn that the family does
not intend to probate an estate on Decedent's behalf;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED that the Register of Wills for Cumberland County
shall issue forthwith a Citation naming those potential heirs reflected under the Petition and shall deliver
same to the Petitioner for purposes of serving same upon them ; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DECREED that the Register of Wills for Cumberland County
shall defer issuance of Letters of Administration for a period of thirty(30)days from the date on which
the Petitioner has certified she has effectuated service of the Citation and Petition upon the cited heirs ;
and if no opposition is filed or if no estate is raised by a family member within that period, then in
accordance with this Court's Order, then in such case, Barbara A Fein shall be granted Letters of
Administration upon qualification. And the said Barbara A Fein shall be appointed as Administrator for
the Estate of Sonya H. Oliveri and she shall serve without bond.
