AND NOW, this 4th day of September, 2013, the parties '
counsel having met in the Jury Deliberation Room of Courtroom No. 6
for a status conference, the parties are directed by 18 September
2013, to have discussed the various matters with their clients and
reach an agreement where they can on listing the Florida property,
family auction, exchange of information, and real estate in kind,
and partial distribution of cash. Thereafter, the the Court will
initiate a conference call to follow-up on the status conference on
Friday, 20 September 2013, at 9 : 00 a.m. Counsel are directed in
advance of that conference to provide court staff with an
appropriate phone number.
In the interim period of time, party members with
family photos given to them by any parent shall submit them for
digital reproduction and sharing through their third party
bookkeeper, Erin Gill .
The rule to show cause issued upon respondents and
dated 31 July 2013 shall be held in abeyance pending further status
