I, MARY E. SMITH, of 7010 Jefferson Street, ~wa~erra
Township~ Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, being of sound m~d,
memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this
to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills
made by me at any time heretofore.
ITEM I- I hereby direct my hereinafter named Executor
to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses~ estate and inheritance
taxes as Soon after my death as may be found convenient.
ITEM II - All the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, whether real, personal or mixed of whatsoever kind, wheresoever
situate and from whatsoever source derived, I give, devise and
bequeath unto my sOn, WILLIAM J. LIGHT JR., of 6220 Warren Avenue,
Linglestown, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, if he survives me.
ITEM III - In the event that WILLIAM J.

son,
LIGHT,
JR.,
does not survive me, I give, devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate to my daughter-in-law, ROSE M. LIGHT.
ITEM IV - I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my
son, WILLIAM J. LIGHT JR. as the EXECUTOR of this my Last Will and

Testament. In the event that my son has predeceased me or is otherwise
unable to serve, I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter-in-law,
ROSE M. LIGHT, as the EXECUTRIX of this, my Last Will and Testament.
