The Plaintiff is an adult individual residing at 1918A Fry Loop Avenue, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013-1000. 2. Defendant Nicole Taylor is an adult individual residing at 117 East Main Street, Shiremanstown, Pennsylvania 17091. 3. The facts and occurrences, hereinafter related, took place on or about September 17, 1999 at the intersection of Spring Road and Wagner Street, in North Middleton Township, Cumberland County Pennsylvania. 4. At the time and place aforesaid, Plaintiff was the owner and operator of a 1992 Mitsubishi Eclipse and was then and there stopped with his left turn signal on intending to make a left turn. 5. At the time and place aforesaid, Defendant was the operator of a 1993 Ford Festiva which she then and there drove into the rear of Plaintiff's vehicle resulting in the damages hereinafter set forth. 6. The aforesaid accident was caused by the negligence Defendant Taylor in that she: a) b) c) d) of failed to keep a proper lookout for other vehicles; failed to have her vehicle under control; operated her vehicle at a speed too fast for conditions then and there existing; and operated her vehicle into the rear of a stopped vehicle. Solely as the result of the aforesaid accident, Plaintiff's vehicle was damaged beyond repair, resulting in total damages to the Plaintiff of Four Thousand, Five Hundred Twelve and 34/100 ($4,512.34) Dollars.
