AND NOW, this � day of � , 2013, upon consid�r�tion of the
Petition under 5511 of Title 20, to Appoint a Permanent Guardian of the Person and Estate of
Austin M. Stone, filed on behalf of Diane J. Stone, by Hannah Herman-Snyder, Esquire, counsel
for Petitioner, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED:
1. That a citation be awarded, directed to Austin Michael Stone, an alleged incapacitated
person, to show cause why he should not be adjudged an incapacitated person and a
guardian of his person and estate should not be appointed.
2. An evidentiary hearing on the Petition for Appointment of Permanent Guardian shall be
held before the Honorable � � ,� r of Cumberland County
Courthouse, One Courthouse Square, Carlisle Pennsylvania, on the g�t, day of
�7�G�!��x�,�� , 2013, at �-CG o'clock_�.m.
3. , Esquire is appointed as attorney for Austin Michael Stone,
with the cost to be paid by the County.
4. The Petitioner shall cause service of this Order and the attached Petition and Citation
with Notice upon Roger L. Stone, next of kin, residing at 6174 Traywood Lane,
Manassas, Prince William County, Virginia, b}� serving him, via first class mail, postage
prepaid.
5. The Petitioner shall cause service of this Order and the attached Petition and Citation
with Notice upon Austin Michael Stone by serving his attorney, who is expressly
appointed to represent Austin Michael Stone in this matter, via first class mail, postage
prepaid or hand delivery. The contents and terms of the Petition and Citation with Notice
shall be explained to the maximum extent possible in language and terms the individual is
most likely to understand. Service shall be no less than 20 days in advance of the
hearing.
6. Austin Michael Stone shall be present at the hearing unless the testimony of or sworn
statement by a physician or licensed psychologist satisfied the Court that his physical or
mental condition would be harmed by his presence.
7. Medical testimony may be provided at the hearing via telephone speakerphone, provided
counsel for Austin Michael Stone does not object, such testimony to be arranged with the
Court by counsel for the Petitioner.
