AND NOW comes Petitioner, Bradley L. Griffie, Esquire, and the law firm of Griffie &
Associates, P.C., and petitions the court as follows:
1. Your Petitioner has been retained by the Respondent in the above captioned
action, Terry J. Gebhard,to represent him in these proceedings.
2. On prior Petition, a hearing was scheduled for Monday, September 23, 2013 at
11:00 a.m. in Courtroom Number Six of the Cumberland County Courthouse on
this matter.
3. Pursuant to the Court's instructions, your Petitioner and his client are securing an
appraisal of the real estate at issue in this case, which appraisal will not be
completed in time for the referenced hearing.
4. Through initial discussions with David A. Baric, Esquire, counsel for Petitioner,
your Petitioner herein has reason to believe the parties may be able to resolve
many, if not all, of the issues pending between the parties once the appraisal is
completed if the parties are afforded sufficient time to discuss an amicable
resolution.
5. Petitioner desires to have a continuance to allow for the finalization of the
appraisal and to a11ow reasonable negotiations to take place prior to trial, and
opposing counsel, David A. Baric, Esquire, concurs in this request.

WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests your Honorable Court to reschedule the hearing in
this matter to a later time and date.
