by Jessie Lee Tabor during her lifetime, and rightfi�lly owing to the Estate of Jessie Lee Tabor,
deceased, is set apart and awarded under the provisions of Section 3102 of the Probate, Estates and
Fiduciaries Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsy?vania as follows: Benjamin L. Tabor, Jr.,
Husband of the decedent, is authorized to execute the necessary documentation therefore on behalf of
the estate to close and distribute the Decedent's account and check.
