AND NOW,this 12th day of September,2013,upon consideration of the Amended Petition for
Grant of Letters and the Instrument dated October 28,2010, IT IS DECREED, in accordance with the
Order of Court dated August 26,2013,that the probate record is opened to admit the later instrument as
the Last Will and Testament of Robert D. O'Hara and that the Letters Testamentary previously granted
are amended to reflect the later will.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Susan A. Lindsey shall continue with the administration of
this estate according to law,
