Pemisylvania 17013, promises to pay:

thc principal amount of: Eight Thousand and oo/100 ($8,000.00) Dollars
as follows:
1. one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars on or before 5:00 PM on October 1, 2001, and
2. seven thousand ($7,000.00) dollars on or before $:00 PM on October 10, 2001.
The undersigned pledges, as security for repayment of this note, shy real property,
cash or other assets.
Upon payrn~t of this Note as described above, Harley Group, Inc. will return this
Note marked "paid in full" ~nd s/g~ed by an authorized officer of thc Corporation.
Such rcturn of this Note msrked '~a/d in ~ull as of_ _ "shall be a
full and complete satisfaction of all fitumcial obligations flowing fl~m the maker,

Harley Group, Inc. to pursue any and all legal remedies for any obligation owed by
maker, without regard to the balance owed on this Note.
The undersigned hereby in'evocably authorizes and empowers thc prothonotary or
clerk or any a~tomey of any court of record to appear for and confess judgn~nt
therein against the undersigned, or any of them, for the above sum: inclutli~g
accrued costs of suit, rclcase of errors, and without right of appeal. The
undersigned waives the right to any stay of cxccution and to thc boncfit of all
