AND NOW, this l OTH day of September, 2013, upon consideration of the Petition For Waiver
of Three Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that Anthony M. Jones and Cindv L.
Boonie will apply on this day for a marriage license and the Court being satisfied that extraordinary
circumstance demand it, the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to issue said license
immediately upon proper application thereof provided all provisions concerning marriages under Pa C.

Attention Gienda Farner Strasbaugh:
I am requesting that you please waive the three day for a marriage license. I have enclosed the fee of
20.00 for the request.Anthony is being released from his Half-way home and he is living in Ohio with his
mother.We have been together for over 18 years and have children together.We want to make it legal
and have talked with Judge Masland in Cumberland County Courthouse and he has agreed to Married us
on Oct 4, at 1pm.The complete family of 10 people is traveling from Ohio to watch us be married,and
then he is returning to Ohio on Sunday evening.So please understand that he would be there to apply
for a 3 days grace period but we have limited time and access to be allowed to be giving the grace
period. His mother is getting old and this is her request that we final go down the aisle before you
anything happens to her. So I have agreed to have this done as soon as possible due to her health
condition. We have been engaged for several years and never made it legal.So now with this many
issues before us. I would like to request that you please waive the three day period so that when we
come in for our marriage license together you can grant it to us on this day of the wedding scheduled on
10/04/2013. Please also let me know if I can do anything in advance to make this day a smooth process.
