JOYCE CAMPANELLA (hereinafter, together with her successors, referred to as the "Trustee") as follows: WHEREAS, I intend to [ransfer to the Trustee, during my life or at my death, assets [o be heid [N TRUS"C in accordance with die terms of this instrument; and WHEREAS, the Trustee is willing to accept the assets so transferred as well as assets transferred from any other source and hold them as required by this instrument; NOW, THEREFORE, [ hereby estabiish THE D. JOYCE CAMPANELLA TRUST to be held on the following terms and conditions. Anicle /. Disposilzon During My Lifekme. During my lifetime, the Trustee shall dispose of the net income and principal oF the �rust createil under this instrument as [ direct the Trustee from time to time in a written instrumen[, signed by me and delivered to the Trustee during my lifetime. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, if in the event 1 am adjudicated incompetent or if [ have become incapacitated pursuan[ to the terms of this instrument, the Trustee, other than my husband, may, in its absolute discretion, from time to time while iLbelieves such incapacity continues, apply all or any part of the net income and principal of the trust established under this instrument for my benefit in any way, or may pay or apply the same to or for the benefit of my husband, PHILIP A. CAMPA[VELLA, to provide for his health, education, maintenance and support in such arnounts and at such times as the Trustee may determine. Any net income in any fiscal year of the trus[ which is not disposed of by the Trustee in accardance with the foregoing provisions of this Article shall be added to the principal of the Trust. Arlicle I!. Disposition Af[er My Death. Upon my dea[h, f direct the Trustee to dispose of the principal and undistributed income of the trust as follows: A. L [f my husband, PHILIP A. CAMPANBLLA survives me, l direct die Trustee to set aside all the assets of the trust to be held as a separate trust, known as the Marital Trust, on the terms and conditions set out in Subparagraph 2 of this Paragraph, subject to any disclaimer made pursuant to Subaragraph 5 of this Articfe [I.A. 2. The Trustee shall administer the Marital Trus[ as iuliows: l�'���iJ �:: �..A Y+ (a) During the period in which my husband survives me, the 'Crustee shall distribute to my husband, at least as often as quarterly, all the net income of the Marital Trust. After the death of my husband, the Trustee shall distribute to the personal representative of my husband's estate any income of the Marital Trust that had accrued to the Marital Trust before the death of my husband but had not been distributed to him before his death. In addition to distributions of income, the Trustee may distribute ro my husband irom the principal of the Marital Trust such amouncs, including all of the principal, as my husband may request in writing from time to time. - (b) On the death of my,husband, the Trustee shall, unless my husband directs by will the payment of a lesser sum, pay from the Marital Trust to the. personal representative of my husband's estate the Tax Amount described in �his Clause. The Tax Amount shall be the amount by which the sum of all Transfer Taxes due as a result of the death of my husband exceeds the sum of all Transfer Taxes that would have been due as a result of my husband's death had the Marital Trust not been in existence on the date of my husband's death. The Trustee may �ely completelq on any statetn$nt signed by the personal representative of my husband's esrate•certifying the Tax Amount, and the Trustee shall have no dury ro ascertain the Tax Amount independendy. Paymen[ by the Trustee of the amuunt shown in any statement by the personal representative of my husband's estate shall be a full discharge of the Trustee with respect to that amount. (c) On the death of my husband and after making any payment required . : pursuant to the foregoing Clause of this Subparagraph, the Trustee shall dis[ribute the theo remaining assets of the Marital Trust to such of my issue, on such terms, trusts, conditions and (imitations, and with such trustees (if any), as my husband may appoint in any will he leaves which is admitted to probate and refers specifically ro the power of appointment granted to him under this Subparagraph.] (d) To the extent my husband fails effectively to exercise the power of appointment granted to him under this Subparagraph, the assets of the Marital Trust remaining at the death of my husband shall be distributed to my issue, per stirpes. 3. Notwithsranding any other provision of this instrument, no powers, authorities or discretions available to the Trustee shall be exercised or exercisable with respect to the Marital Share in any maitner incoiuistent with the qualification of the Marital Share for deduction pursuant to section 2056 of the Code in computing the federal estate tax due as a result of my death. 4. The Trustee shall not allocace to the Ma:i�:i Trusl any asset or any proceeds from the sale of any asset which, for any reason, would not, if so allocated, be eligible for THE D. JOYCE CAMPANELLA TRUST �- deduction pursuant to section 2056 of the Code in computing the federal estate tax due as a result of my death. No asset of the trust under this instrument that is subject to any foreign death ra.r shall be allocated to the Marital Trust unless, and then only to the extent that, the �ther assels held by the Trustee are insufficient to fund the Marital Share fully. 5. In the event that my husband or my husband's attorney-in-fact c�r the conservator or personal representative of my husband's estate discfaims my husband's interest in the Marital Trust or any portion of it, the properry disclaimed shall be held as a separate trust, known as the Credit Shelter Trust, on all the same terms and conditions . applicable to the Credit Shelter Trust established under Paragraph B of this Article. In addition to any other method of disclaimer recognized by law, my husband (or his atrorney-in-fact or the conservator qr personal representative of his estate) may disclaim by delivering to the Trustee a signed instrurnent of disclaimer which describes with reasonable particularity the property to be disclaimed. 6. Notwithstanding any other provision of this instrument, for purposes of determining whether any disposition described in this instrument.by reference to an amount ; of money rather than as a fractional interest in a larger whole has been satisfied, assets . other than money distributed in satisfaction of the disposition shall be va}ued by the Trustee on the date they are distributed. B. [f my husband survives me and disclaims all or a portion of his interest in the Trust, such disclaimed property shall be set aside as a separare trust, known as the Credit Shelter Trust, on the following terms and conditions: 1. At the request of the personal representative of my estate, the Trustee shall pay such amount or amounts as the personal representative may from time to time request to satisfy (a) my funeral expenses, (b) any of my debts, (c) any expense of administering my estate, (d) any bequest of cash made under my will, and (e) any tax of whatever nawre imposed by any jurisdiction. Payments for purposes iden[ified in this Subparagraph shall be made from the assets of the Credit Shelter Trust. If the assets of the Credit Shelter Trust are insufficient to provide for the full payment of amounts due in accordance with this Subparagraph, assets of the Marital Trust shall be used. All property, both principal and income, of each trus[ listed shall be exhausted before any property of a trust listed subsequently is utilized for any purpose of this Subparagraph. Any payment authorized or direc[ed in this Subparagraph may be made by d1e Trustee to the personal representative of my estate or to any person identified by the personal reprasentative of my estate upon presentation to the Trustee of a statement signed by the personal representative of my estate certifying the amount payable pursuant to this Subparagraph, and the Trustee shall have no dury to ascertain independendy the amount so requested by the personal representative. I'ayment by the Trustee of the amount shown in any statement by die personal representative of my estate shall b° a F!�.II discharge of the �'rustee with respect to that amount. THE D. JOYCE CAMPANELLA TRUST �,- -. ,: �♦'" 2. Until termination of the Credit Shelter Trust as provided below, the Trustee shall distribute to or for the benefit of my husband, at least as often as quarterly, all the net income of the Credit Shelter Trust. In addition to distributions of income, my Trustee, other than my husband, may distribute to or for the benefit of my husband from the principal of the Credit Shelter Trust such amounts, and at such times as such Trustee, in his discretion, may from time to time consider necessary or zdvisable to provide for my husband's health, support and maintenance. Upon my husband's deatl�, any income earned but undistributed through the date of his death shall be paid to his estate and his income interest shall terminate. - 3. Effective on the date of my husband's death or the date of my death if my husband faifs to survive me, the Credit Sheiter Trust shall terminate and my trustee shall divide the then remaining principal and undistributed income to my issue per stirpes. Article lII. Provisions Applicable ta All Trusts. A: In determining whether to make discretionary distributions of principal or income permitted under ihis instrumeitt; the Trustee may; but need not; take into account the income and assets.available otherwise than' pursuant to this instrument to support ary person to whom the distribution might be made. The Trustee may make any discretionary distribution of principal authorized under this instrument utterly without regard to the effect of the distribution on the interest of any remainder beneficiary of the trust from which the distribution is made. B. Except as any donee of a power of appointment conferred under this instrument may specifically provide to the contrary, the interest of each beneficiary in the income or principal of any trust established under this instrument shall no[ be subject to attachment or capable of anticipation or alienation, whether voluntary or involuntary. C. Notwithstanding any other provision in this instrument, every trust established under this instrument shall, unless sooner vested, terminate on the date 21 years after the death of the last to die of my husband and my issue who are living on the date of my death. Upon a trust's termination pursuant to this Paragraph, the Trustee shall distribute the then remaining principal and undistributed income of the trust to the oldest member of the class of persons composed of my then living issue to whom the income of the trust at the time of the termination might or must be paid. D. Notwithstanding any other provision of diis instrument, in the event that the Trustee comes into possession of property to be added ro any trust under this instrument which properry has a vatue that would cause the trust, in the absence of this Paragraph, to have an inclusion ratio, as defined in section 2642 of the Code, of other than one or zero despite the application to the trust of any exemption available pursuant to section 2631 of the Code, the Trustee shall divide the property into two separate trusts, one ha��n� an i��cl�sion ratio of one and the other having an inclusion ratio of zero. The Trustee shall hold and administer both trusts created pursuant to this THF I� ]nYCF CAMPANF.T.I.A TR(ICT . 4'. .e l �,: Paragraph on the same terms and conditions that would have applied to the original trust if it had not been divided in accordance with this Paragraph. E. Upon the termination of any trust established un�er this instrument, in the event that any portion of the principal or income of the trust has not been effec[ively disposed of by other provisions of this instrument, the Trustee shalf distribute the portion of che then remaining principal and income of the trust not otherwise effectively disposed of to the same persons and in the same proportions as would have been required under.the laws of the State of Maine then in effect had I died intestate on the date of such termina[ion, domiciled in Maine, unmarried and owning outright and absolutely the property of the trust. F. I. {n the event that any property, whether principal or iocome, disposed of under this instrument becomes vested in and payable ro a person who, at d�e time the property vests, has not attained the age of 21 years, the Trustee may make delivery of the property in any of the ways identified in Subparagraph 2 of [his Paragraph or, notwithstanding any other provision of this instrument, may de`er delivery of the properry , until. the person entitled to it attains the age of 2 t years: During any period in which . delivery of property is deferced, the Trustee shal4 hold the propercy whose delivery is : de.'erred as a separate trust for the benefit of the person to whoirri� weuld, but for this Paragraph have been payable (the "Beneficiary"), and ihe Trustee shall, during the period of the deferral, pay or apply to or for the benefit of the Beneficiary as much of [he net income and principal of the trust (including all of the net income and all of the pnncipal) at such times and in such amounts as the Trustee, in its absolute discretion, considers necessary or advisable to provide for dle care., comfort and suppor[ of che Beneficiary. Upon the termination of any trust estabfished under this Puagraph, the Trustee shall distribute all the remaining property of the trust to the Beneficiary for whose benefit the trust has been establishe�, if the Beneficiary is then living or, if the Beneficiary is not then living, to the personal representative of the Beneficiary's estate for distribution according to the Beneficiary's wili or the laws of intestacy of the Beneficiary's domicile, as the case may be. 2. I authorize the Truscee to select any individual or institution to serve as cusrodian for the person under the Uniform Gifts to Minors Actor Uniform Transfers to Minors Act of any jurisdiction, whether or not any other custodian is then serving. I also authorize the Trustee to elect that the custodian so selected retain funds due any person until that person attains the age of 21 years if such an election ts possible under the governing act. (d) By applying all or any portion of the property directly for the person's benefit in such manner as the Trustee, in its absolute discretion, considers advisable. 3. Any delivery or application of properry made by the Trus[ee in a manner permitted under this Paragraph shall discharge the Trus[ee of any liability for the value of the property delivered or applied whether or not the Trustee obtains a receipt. Administrarive Powers. - ln addition to any power granted by law or other provisions of this instrument ro the Trustee, but subject always to the restrictions imposed in Articles 11 and V, the Trustee shall have the following powers over any property that is an asset of any trust established under this instrument, whether or not the property is the subject of a specific gif[, and in no case shall the Trustee be required to seek audlority from any court or to post a bond before exercising any power given in this Article. The Trustee shall haue the power: A. To sell and convey all or part of any property, without first providing notice of the sale to any person who would otherwise be entitfed to the property, at any sale, public or private, on such terms as the Trustee considers appropriate, including the extension of such credit to any purchaser of property as the Trustee considers advisable. B. To borrow money for any purpose, with or without securiry, for such period (including any period beyond the existence of any trust established under [his instrument) and at such interest as the Trustee considers advisable, and to pledge, hypothecate or mortgage assets subject to the Trustee's control as security for any borrowing for a like period. C. To recogniz.=and pay tax on or cause any other person to pay tax on appreciatio; in the vatue of assets at die time the assets are distributed, even if tax might then be avoided, and �rvc n rnvrc rnnrtonnrci � n �ronrr �, to make or decline to make, in tlie absolute discretion of the Tr�stee, any adjustment between the shares of persons entided to any property, whether constituting principal or income, under any provision of this instrument as a result of any inequiry arising out of tlie manner in which assets of any trust are taxed. To retain proper[y as an investment irrespective oF any resulting lack of diversification in the Trustee's investment portfolio, and whether or not d�e property is of a character that woufd make its acquisition improper or imprudent for [he Trustee in the absence uf this express authorization. - E. To invest in property of any kind, whether real or personal, foreign or domestic, and including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, stocks, bonds, notes, warrants, debentures, options, futures, certificates of deposit, depository receipts, mutual funds, money mazket funds and eommon trust funds, whether or not any particular properry is issued, managed or syndicated by the Trustee; to invest in any properry in which the Trustee is individually interested as a co-owner, to invest in any properry irrespective of the fact diat, in the absence of this Paragraph, the property would not be considered a proper investment for the Trustee either : because of the character of the properry or because of the charac[er of the other properties in . which the Trustee has invested other assets of any trust under this instrument. • F. To manage any real estate as if the owner of its absolute equitable and legal tide; to grant or acquire leases or options to purchase or sell any interest in real property, including leases and options having terms extending beyond the adminisvation of any trust established under this instrument, thereby fully binding any successors in interest to the Trustee; to enter into covenanFS running with title to any real estate; to partition or agree with any others interested to partition, without the approval of any court, all or any part of any parcef of real property; to subdivide and develop real properry; to dedicate any portion of real properry to pubiic or municipal use; to grant and receive easements and rights of way; to alter, erect or raze improvements located on real properry; and to do all these [hings without regard to whether the Trustee owns any interest in any real properry constituting a part of any trust established under this instrument in any other capacity. G. To allocate all receipts and charge all expenses or disbursements to principal or income as the Trustee may consider advisable; to fund or refrain from funding reserves for depreciation and depletion in the value of any asset on such terms and over such time as the Trustee may determine. H. To exercise all options and conversion, subscription, voting and other rights of whatever nature; to grant or exercise proxies, including proxies that are discretionary and grant the power of substitution; to consent to and participate in or to oppose any tbreclosure, liquidation, reorganization, merger or odier plan or action by any corporation, and, in connection with any such p!an, to deposit any pro�erry with a protective, reorganization or similar comm�ttee and to delegate discretionary power to and share dle operating cost of any protective, TEiE D. To lend money for any purpose, with or without security, for such time and on such terms as the Trustee may determine, or to guarantee xny debt.° J. To employ and compensate agents, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, attorneys, investment advisors, brokers, accountants and custodians, the compensation of each of whom may be determined and paid independently of any compensation paid to the Trustee or to any other agent, and each of whom may be employed regardless of any connection - between the agent employed and the Trustee; to delegate to such agents, or any of them, temporarily or permanently, such discretionary powers, for such time as the Trustee considers advisable; provided, however, that nothing in this Paragraph shall be construed to permit the Trustee to delegate to any other person all of the Trustee's powers and duties under this instrument. K. To hold any property or cause any properry to be held in nominee registration or unregistered, or .in the name of the Trustee, without any indication of r.he fiduciary capacity in which Ehz properxy is held. . To extend or accelerate the time of paymen[ of any obligation owing to or by any trust under this instrument and to compromise, setde, submit to mediation or arbitration, or to release, wholly or partially, and for such consideration (including none) as the Trustee may consider advisable, any claim, whether favorable or adverse. M. To distribute ro beneficiaries wholly or pazdy in kind rather than in cash and iii pro rata or non pro rata shares. N. To continue or permit the continuation of any business, whether or not incorporated, which [ may own, operate or have an interest in at the time of my death for any period the Trustee considers appropriate, including any period extending beyond the administration of any trust created under this insvument and beyond any period otherwise allowed by law; to incorporate, without the consent or approval of any person, or to recapitalize or liquidate any business upon any tenns the Trustee considers appropriate; to invest additional sums in any business without any liability on the part of the Trustee for any resultant lack of diversification of investments; and to act as or select any other person to act as a director, officer or emp(oyee of such business and to be compensated for so acting without regard to any compensation received for acting as a 1'rustee. To retain, increase, reduce, explore, develop, shut in or abandon any interest which I may own at my death or which the "Crustee may own thereafter in any oil or gas explora[ion or recovery venture, whedier in the form of a partnersliip interest, a :rust participation, a working interest ur ��the�wise, and whether or not the interest is productive; to expend or ::ud-:urize the ezpenditure of funds to accomplish any of die foregoing or any other ends related to any of them. To join or continue in the operation of any parmership as a general or limited putner; ro make loans to and borrow money from any parmership; to tenninate, sell or redeem any partnership interest; to execu�e paztnership agreements, amendments to partnership agreements and certificates of limited partnership; to accept as final and binding any statement of any other partner or partners as to amounts due from or to any trust established under this instrument without demanding a partnership accounting; to accept properry other than money in liquidation of any partnership interest and if the Trustee is interested personally in any partnership in which any trust established under this instrument is interested, no rule of self-dealing or divided loyalty shall be applied to the actions of the Trustee in dealing with the partnership (including purchases _ and sales to or from the Trustee in the Trustee's individual capacity, which purchases and sales [ hereby authorize) as long as die purchase or sale of any interest in the partnership to or from any trust is at the fair market value of the interest as determined by a disinterested and otherwise qualified appraiser. Q: To abandon any asset if, in the absolute discretion of the Trustee, the value of[he asset wilf notjustify the expense of collecting, valuing, managing and transferring it in accordance with the terms of this instrument; ro record notice of any abandonment in public land records or elsewhere. To do all things, initiate all proceedings, exeeute, acknowledge and deliver all dceuments and exercise ali rights and privileges necessary or incidental to any of the foregoing, and to have and exercise all power and authoriry, even though not specifically given in this instrument,.over property constituting a part of any trust established under this instrument as if the owner of absolute legal and equitable ti[le to such property. To expend income and principal of any trust established under this instrument to (1) conduct environmental assessments, audits and site monitoring to determine compliance with any federal, state or local statute, ordinance or regula[ion concerning environmental hazards or liability for environmental hazards (hereinafter collectivety referred to as "Environmental Laws"); (2) take all appropriate remedial action to abate, contain, prevent, clean up or remove any environmental hazard including a spill, release, dischazge or contamination, either on the Trus[ee's own accord or in response to an actual or threatened violation of any Environmental Laws; (3) institute legai proceedings concerning environmental hazards or contest or setde legal proceedings brought by any local, state or federal agency concerned with environmental compliance, or by a private litigant; (4) comply wi[h any local, state or federal agency order or court order directiiig an assessment, abatement or clean-up of any environmental hazards; (5) inspect real estate proposed for contribution to or acquisition by any trust under this instrument for environmental hazards or violation of any Environmental Laws before accepting or acquiring such real estate; and (6) periodically inspect, review and monitor, or require die inspection, review and monitoring of any and all property held in a trust under this instrument for the purpose of assuring compliance with any Environmental Laws affecting such properry, with all expenses of such inspection, rc.view and monitoring to be paid from the income or principal of such !r�s: as the Trustee may determine. To combine any trust established under this instrument with any trust established by my husband under his will or otherwise, without seeking permission from any court or any beneficiary of either trust, if the trusts to be combined have the same trustee, the same terms and the same beneficiaries (widiout regard to contingent remainder beneficiaries). [n the even� of any such combination, the Trustee shall determine and record in a writing whether the combined trus[ is ro be governed by this instrument or by the terms of the trust established by my husband, and the determination of the Trustee in this regard shall be final and binding on all beneficiaries of the trust, including beneficiazies who are unascertained or unborn on the date the trusts are combined. Article V. Provisions Relaling to the Trustee. A. I reserve .the right during my lifetime to remove from office any Trustee serving under this instrument by delivering to that Trustee a written instrument of removal signed by me. I also reserve the right during my lifetime ro appoint additional Trustees by delivering an instrument of appointment to each Trustee who is to be appointed and ro each Trustee servin; under this instrument at the time of the appointment. Any instrumenrof removal or appointment executed .in accocda�ce with this Paragraph shall be effective immediately unless iu [enns expressly otherwise:provide. . B. Any Trustee serving under [his instrument may resign at any time by delivering a written instrument of resignation to the person or persons entitled under Paragraph A of this Article to remove the Trustee from office. If ! am deceased, any trustee may resign by delivering the written instrument of resignation to the then income beneficiary under the trust. Any instrument of resignation delivered in accordance with this Paragraph shall be effective _ immediately unless its terms expressiy otherwise provide. C. Upon delivery to me of written certification of two (2) attending physicians that I am incapacitated, or if a conserva[or has been appointed for me or if I have been adjudicated incompetent by a court of competent jurisdiction, I shall be removed as Trustee and my successor Trustees may commence to act as Trustees with out liability. Upon court determination of my capacity or upon the revocation of the writings of the two (2) attending physicians, [ shall be reinstated as Trustee. D. [f all successor trustees are unable or unwilling to act as Trustee, the successor trustee shall be some bank or trust company qualified to do business in Maine, which successor - shall be designated by a majority of the then beneficiaries of the trust in a written instrument executed by the beneficiaries. This paragraph shall be unequivocally construed to prevent the creation of a general power of appointment over income or principal of die Credit Shelter Trust in a Trustee based on the discretion given the Trustee to distribute income or principal of the Credit Shelter Trust to such Trustee or for such Trustee's benefit. - M. . Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, and except as provided in this paragraph, che Trustee may not distribute to or for the benefit of my estate, any charity or any other non-individual.beneficiary any benefits payable to this trust under any qualified retirement plan, individual retirement account or other retirement arrangement subject to the "minimum distribution rules" of section 401(a)(9) of the Code, or other comparable provisions of law. It is my intent that all such retirement benefits be distributed to or held for only individual beneficiaries, within the meaning of section 401(a)(9) and applicable regulations. Accordingly, I direct that such benefits may not be used or applied for payment of my debts, taxes, expenses of adminisiration or o[her claims against my estatz; nor for payment of estate, inheritance or similar transfer taxes due on account of my death except to the minimum extent that would be required under applicable state or federal tax apportionment law in the absence of any specific provision on the subject in this instrument. This paragraph shall not apply to any charitable bequest which is specifically directed to be funded with retirement benefits by other provisions af this instrument. N. No Trustee named in or pursuant to this instrument shall be required to post any bond for the faithful performance of any duty. In the event Chat bond is required by law, I direct that no sureties on the bond be required. O. No person who deals with a Trustee named in or pursuant to this instrument shall have any dury to investigace the authority of the Trustee to enter into any transaction or to ascertain whether assets paid or transferred to the Trustee are properly applied. [ direct that the Trustee provide complete statements showing the assets, income, disbursements and other activities in each trust established under this instrument at my reasonable request during my lifetime and at least annually after my death. R. The Trustee shall be entided to compensation for its services in accordance with its regular fee schedule as in effect from time to time. Article VL Definitiorzs and Rules of Construction. A. References in this instrument to my husband shall be construed to refer exclusively to PH[LIP A. CAMPAIYELLA, to whom ! am married on the date [ sign this instrument. B. References in this instrument to "child" or "children" shall be construed to refer to legitimate descendants, including those adopted as well as those related by btood, in the first degree of the ancestor designated. References to "issue" shall be construed to refer to legitimate descendants, including diose adopted and the descendants of those adopted as well as those related by blood, in all degrees of the ancestor designated. Persons related by half blood shall be treated as if related by whole blood and persons conceived before but born after any date as of which membership in a class must be determined shall be treated for all purposes as if they had been born when they were conceived. I reserve the right to amend or revoke this instrument at any time by delivering a wri[ten notice of amendment or revocation to the Trustee; provided, however, that the duties, powers, compensation and liabilities of the Trustee may not tie changed .wkhout the Trustee's;written � consent. Article /X. Cerrification of Copies. Any person may rely on a copy of this instrument and of any other writing prepared in accordance with the terms of this instrument as if such copy were an original if the copy has been certified by a notary public to be true, correct and complete. Article X. Survivorship Required. In the event that my husband and I die under such circumstances that the order of our deaths cannot be established by proof, my husband shall be treated as having predeceased me for all purposes of this instrument. No statutory period of survivorship shall apply in the case of any gift under this instrument to my husband.
