and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Fisher & Thompson, Inc.
paid by Stanley D. & Esther M. Reinford , it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the
contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.

AH those tracts or parcels of land situate, lying anti being in the Townships of
South Middleton and Dickinson, County of Cumberland, State of Penn.,:ylvania,
containing in the aggregate 217.636 acres of land, more o~r less, which land is more
particularly described ns Schedule A, Tract 1 and 2, in a mortgage from Stanley D.
Reinford and Esther M. Reinford, husband and wife, to A4~,Choice Farm Credit, ACA, ns
agent/nominee, dn~ed April 16, 2003, and recorded in land records in Mortgage Book
1806, Page 1495, to which said mortgage is incorporated herein by reference ns ff same
were tex~olly herein contained.
It is understood and agreed that a default under the terms of either this present
mortgage or a certain mortgage to AgChoice Farm Credit, ACA, as agent/nominee, and
recorded at Mortgage Book 1806, Page 1495 in the Land ~Re¢ords of Cumberland County,
State of Penn.~jlvania, constitute a default under the tenm of both. AgChoice Farm Credit,
ACA for itseff and/or as agent/nominee for AgChoice Farm Credit, FLCA is the legal
holder of the obligation, bond or other evidence of debt st;cured by said mortgage.
