Emergency Petition for Appointment of Guardian, a hearing is scheduled for Monday,
September 30, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., in Courtroom No. 5, Cumberland County Courthouse,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
IT IS FURTHER ordered and directed that the Petitioner provide proof of notice
of the hearing to the Respondent Principal at the time of the hearing.
THE RESPONDENT, James Stover shall be present at the above-scheduled
hearing unless Petitioner provides an expert opinion or letter that Respondent will suffer
irreparable harm if he was to attend said hearing.
